Ask us
Questions before you request a quote?
We're a free referral service for house and shop glass in Hamilton, Ontario: we match you with independent local pros, and they quote and do the work. Ask us how that works, where a request you sent stands, or how your details are handled, and we'll write back.

905-540-1432Ways to reach us
- Send a message. Use the form on this page for questions about matching, a request that's gone quiet, or a pro who hasn't called.
- Phone. The number is on this page. There's no street address to visit; we work by phone, form and email.
- Privacy requests. Want a copy of your data, a correction, a deletion or no more messages? Say so here. The privacy policy explains how.
Want a price? Use the quote form instead
- The quote form goes to an independent pro who takes on that sort of job, photos and all.
- A question sent here gets an answer from us, not a price. Only the pro can tell you whether it's a part, new glass or a whole window.
- The FAQ and how it works cover the common questions first.
How we handle what you send
Is this the same business as a similarly named Hamilton window company?
No. We're not affiliated with any similarly named window or door business in Hamilton. If you've already hired a company, contact it directly. We're a referral service that passes new requests to independent local pros.
Do you have a counter I can walk into with a broken part?
No. We match requests with pros rather than sell parts. Add a photo and rough measurements to the quote form, and the pro we match you with will tell you what they need.
What happens to a message I send here?
We read it, reply, and keep a record of the exchange. Nothing sent here goes to a pro unless you ask us to pass it on.
